ELBA ISP Electronic banking is Bank's information service enabling the user to carry out financial transactions and overview of account balance via global computer network – Internet.
1. Type of service
ELBA enables the following to the user:
- payments in country and abroad
- conversion from KM to EUR and vice versa
- insight into balance, turnover and statement by accounts
- insight into Bank's exchange rate list
- insight into current info from the Bank
2. Criteria for using ISP electronic banking
Basic preconditions for using ISP ELBA are as follows:
- opened transaction/foreign-currency account in the Bank
- duly filled in application form
- acceptance of general terms and conditions for using electronic banking of ISP Banka
- ID device - TOKEN
- PC
- Internet connection (rented or dial-up)
- Internet Explorer 6.0 (or higher) or Netscape navigator 6.0 (or higher)
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 (or higher)
3. Advantages:
- orders may be prepared and sent to the Bank at any time, from any location
- you may receive information on the funds in your account at any time
- client will receive electronic receipt in .pdf for each carried out transactions via ISP ELBA
- it saves your time.
