Housing loans – Housing PLUS bring possibilities and benefits as follow

  • Loan amount up to 150.000,00 EUR (300.000,00 KM)
  • Repayment period up to 30 years
  • Repayment of housing loans in Intesa Sanpaolo bank and/or in other banks
  • With housing PLUS loans we also approve general purpose loan up to 50.000KM with interest rate similar with interest rate for housing loan
  • Without disbursement fee

Loan purpose and amount

  • Repayment of housing loans in Intesa Sanpaolo Bank or/and other banks up to 150.000,00 EUR (300.000,00 KM)
  • With housing PLUS loans we also approve general purpose loan up to 50.000KM with interest rate similar with interest rate for housing loan

Repayment period

  • Housing PLUS up to 30 years
  • For general purpose loan up to 10 years

Interest rate

  • NIR starting from 2,99 % (EIR 3,24%)*

EIR - Effective interest rate being calculated for maximum loan amount on 60 months and maximum fee. In calculation of EIR we also included all costs that can be paid by client (fee for current account, disbursement fee, credit account fee, insurance policy, costs for bill of exchange, and expense for certifying of documentation, cost for property assessment and costs for mortgage contract)

Credit will be approve with fix interest rate in KM up to 10 years repayment period. All loans with repayment period more 10 years will be approve with variable interest rate with EUR clause based on exchange rates of Central Bank B&

 


Collateral

  • Certified documents on account foreclosure 
  • 2 bills of exchange
  • Mortgage on property
  • Insurance policy for property
  • The Bank retains its right to ask for additional collateral depending on criteria for risk assessment (applicant's credit history) or to reject client's application due to information available to the Bank
